The produce order Outlook draft (Prod Plan → Print / Email → Produce order). It is addressed to every Produce Procurement employee. If From is blank it uses the BOL Email From.

Tie × Tier = filled cases per shipping pallet (drives BOLs and placards). Flat / pallet is how many knocked-down boxes arrive on an inbound pallet (drives supply ordering). They are different numbers.
One card per juice SKU. Packaging comes from the Packaging Catalog above; pack size follows the selected box. Inactive SKUs are kept for reference and stay out of production, inventory, and orders.

Pounds-driven model for current + new flavors. Define ingredients (produce with lbs/unit + juice yield, direct liquids, or spices) and flavor recipes (each component as a % of the bottle; spices as tsp per bottle, which scale with bottle size). Not yet wired into the ops grid — this is data entry for the upcoming model. Saving stamps the effective date below and keeps history, so past weeks never change. Enter a batch on any flavor (bottles or cases) to scale its recipe live — juice gallons per component, raw produce lbs and order units, and spice weights in g/kg. Batch figures are scratch only and are never saved.
Units per pallet for each packaging supply. Used to display and enter orders by pallet.
Internal SKU master list for crisps. Used in invoices, BOLs, and inventory tracking.
Demo clock-in is verified by GPS against each store's real coordinates, geocoded from its street address. 254 of 277 stores resolved; the remaining 23 keep a city-level point for the zip search and are never enforced against, so a coordinate we know is wrong cannot fail anybody.
Off = nothing is ever blocked and the zip search stays available; distances are still recorded on each shift. An instant kill switch if GPS misbehaves at a store.

Every ingredient amount is stored in its lowest unit (produce lb, liquids fl oz, spices g); cases, bags, boxes and totes are only how it is shown. This converts records saved before that rule. Preview lists everything first; nothing changes until you click Convert. Safe to run again — records already converted are skipped.
